The Rocky Hill Railroad is a corporation of the State of New Jersey, having its principal office at Camden, N.J. No accounting records of the Rocky Hill Railroad covering the period from the date of its organization to May 1, 1906, were obtained. The Rocky Hill Railroad is controlled by the Pennsylvania Railroad by virtue of control of The United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company, the company that owns a majority of the capital stock of the Rocky Hill Railroad.
